DreamlineCouture is an online retail website for Rhinestone Apparel for both women and men. We also offer designs in Glitter vinyl in combination with Rhinestones. Heat Transfer Vinyl is another excellent alternative to decorate tote bags, shirts, koozies, jackets, and more with an array of vinyl colors to choose from.

We are a new website and continue to create unique designs to offer to our customers. We will continue to update our website with new Inventory and categories as they become available. We use Korean Rhinestones for all our Rhinestone Apparel. Korean rhinestones undergo a more rigorous inspection and quality control to ensure it matches the higher standard with a high-intensity sparkle sure to turn heads.

Rhinestone apparel can be worn to support your favorite sports team, school functions, Holloween, bridesmaid, graduations, Thanksgiving, Christmas, military service, and many more. Rhinestone apparel looks best on darker garments such as black, Navy blue, dark greys, etc. Rhinestones appear much sparklier and genuine in color.

Not seeing the shirt color, size, or design you like? We can help, call us or send us a detailed email with a sample image of your design, and we will do the best to accommodate your request. We do ask for any rhinestone custom order; we need a minimum order of 24 of one set design, for any other type of material such as Glitter Vinyl or Heat transfer vinyl, there is no minimum.

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES​ (does not include weekends/public holidays):

  1. USA ~ 4 to 7 business days (tracking system available)
  2. Rest of the world ~ 7 to 21 business days (tracking system available varies) Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.

This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.

 

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (3-4 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3-4 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

If you are unhappy with your order, we aim to accept all returns within 14 days of purchase. You will be required to contact us before returning an item(s), so we know the nature of the problem. Please use the Contact Us page and provide as much detail as possible. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return.
All exchanges and returns MUST have original tags and must be in the same condition as when originally delivered to you to receive a full refund. We do have the right to send the item
back and cancel a refund if the conditions do not meet the requirements.
Once we receive the returned item, Dreamline Couture will then Issue a full refund back to the original form of payment (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). All return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer unless we made an error with the order. To minimize returned orders
we encourage you to look over the size chart carefully before placing your order, if you have questions regarding sizing and need assistance, please go to the Contact Us page to send us a message. We typically will reply within the same business day, if not the next business day.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

Dreamline Couture will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information confirms delivery to its destination. The same goes for returns. Therefore, we recommend an Insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
