Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, we aim to accept all returns within 14 days of purchase. You will be required to contact us before returning an item(s), so we know the nature of the problem. Please use the Contact Us page and provide as much detail as possible. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return.
All exchanges and returns MUST have original tags and must be in the same condition as when originally delivered to you to receive a full refund. We do have the right to send the item
back and cancel a refund if the conditions do not meet the requirements.
Once we receive the returned item, Dreamline Couture will then Issue a full refund back to the original form of payment (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). All return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer unless we made an error with the order. To minimize returned orders
we encourage you to look over the size chart carefully before placing your order, if you have questions regarding sizing and need assistance, please go to the Contact Us page to send us a message. We typically will reply within the same business day, if not the next business day.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

Dreamline Couture will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information confirms delivery to its destination. The same goes for returns. Therefore, we recommend an Insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
